With three locations in Oshkosh, and many more across the Midwest, Lapham Hickey Steel needed a better way to manage its printers. They were experiencing frequent printing issues resulting in lost productivity and the sheer volume of printers was difficult for Lapham Hickey Steel’s lean IT staff to manage.
