1

You tell us what technology challenges you’re currently facing.

Through an initial phone call or by submitting the contact us form on our website, give us a brief overview of your current IT environment and what type of technology support you’re looking for.

2

We host an initial discovery meeting.

We’ll reach out to ask a few clarifying questions and schedule a meeting to get to know a bit more about your business and technology needs.

3

Together, we’ll take a deep dive into your current IT strategy.

This will help us understand how you want technology to work for you.

4

We’ll provide a proposal.

After we get to know your needs, we’ll develop a proposal and implementation plan.

5

Develop an in-depth plan.

Once the proposal is approved, we will develop a plan for how we will implement new technology, integrate new hardware, etc. This plan will include a list of roles and responsibilities for individuals at your organization, as well as Computer Corner.

6

Review and adjust.

As concerns arise, we will work together to adjust our plan as needed to help you make the best use of your technology stack.

7

Get a dedicated account rep and help desk rep.

Once you officially become a Computer Corner customer, your organization gets a dedicated phone number to call whenever you need IT support, as well as access to a customer portal to submit support tickets.

8

Implement the plan and continually adjust based on feedback.

We don’t take a set-it-and-forget-it approach. We will have regular check-ins (at a higher frequency to begin with) to ensure we are all aligned.
